Parents,

Traditionally, SEYSBA ends registration the first week of April for the upcoming summer.  That allows us time to get our teams organized, assign managers, purchase the proper equipment and uniforms, and work with our scheduling partners.

Yet, these are unusual times - to say the least.  

We are optimistic but uncertain on the fate of the 2020 season.  If we are to play, we need registered players.  But we know the uncertainty of the day makes that difficult for many.

So we wanted to take a few seconds to share a few key pieces of information with you:

1. We may have a traditional season or one with a modified or condensed schedule.  We will not know the nature of our season until the handling of the COVID matter is clarified by our state government.

2. If we do not have a season, SEYSBA will refund parents their registration fees.  

3. We know there are some with financial concerns due to job-related impact from COVID.  We will alter payment deadlines for families that need help  and cannot meet the April deadline.

So we are asking the following.  If you can, register by the April 5th deadline.  If you want your child(ren) to play this summer but cannot meet the payment deadline, email the appropriate contact below so we can have some tracking and realize how many teams we may have for each league.  Beth or I will work to find a timeline that will allow your child to play.
